For Promotion To 4th Degree Black Belt 

                             Must Show The Following Minimum Requirements 

* Defenses Against Different Type Striking Attacks

* Defenses Against Different Type Kicking Attacks

* Defenses Against Different Type Grabbing Attacks

* Defenses Against Different Unarmed Attacks While Seated Or Lying Down

* Defenses Against Different Armed Attacks While Seated Or Lying Down

* May Show Other Weapons Learned (This Is Optional)

* Must Have A Minimum of 360 Hours Of Teaching Experience

* Controlled Self Defense Sparring With Multiple Opponents
